Reviews and Ratings
I recently spent three nights at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. and overall, it was a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and my room had stunning views of the Andes. While there was some renovation work happening, which created a bit of noise, it didn’t detract from my enjoyment as I spent most of my days exploring the city.
My stay at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago had its ups and downs. The location was great and the views were fantastic, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel is currently marred by extensive construction, which made my visit uncomfortable due to the noise and dust. While the staff were friendly and attentive, there were issues with organization and service that detracted from the overall experience.
I had an overall fantastic experience at the Mandarin Oriental, Santiago, with warm and helpful staff and beautiful facilities. The breakfast each morning was superb, and the views of the Andes from my room were stunning. However, I did notice some construction noise during my stay, which was a bit disruptive, and there were a couple of service hiccups at the pool. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and location.

However, ongoing renovations caused some noise disturbances, making it somewhat disruptive at times.
